    New Product launch experience would have additional advantage.

    Basic understanding of defence procurement/Tender and working environment.

    Flexibility to travel across the territory.

    Hindi/English communication is a must.

    Responsibilities

    Regular Visit to doctors/distributors as specified by company time to time to achieve target.

    Ensuring profitability through short & long-term revenue targets.

    Generate sales and MIS collection.

    Key Opinion Leader development.

    Technical product demonstration.

    CME, Exhibitions management.

    Relationship Management of customers.

    Shortlisting, developing and managing Territorial distributors.

    After sales follow-ups, clinical coordination.

    Must Have's

    Proven work experience as a plant manager/head.

    Candidates with work experience from Medical/Pharma/Manufacturing industry- added advantage.

    Responsibilities

    Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.

    Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.

    Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.

    Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.

    Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.

    Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.

    Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.

    Commit to plant safety procedures.

    Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

    Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.

    Responsibilities

    Sales Management

    Achieving sales target of assigned area, with a bias towards ensuring that product wise and individual and team member’s sales targets are also achieved. Maintaining sales records, analyzing the same, and ensuring that sales trends analyses are communicated to field staff, with clear future action plans.


    Brand Management & Customer Management

    Responsible for collecting market data related to the market potential, competitive landscape, Segmentation, Targeting, positioning & evaluating information from diverse market sources for strategic planning.

    Formulating strategies to create and retain the customer segments through effective communication, brand positioning, targeting & segmentation.

    Proficient in KOLs engagement.

    Executes the innovative strategy, organization agenda and value propositions in line with India dynamics.


    Leadership & Team Management

    Training, counseling, motivating, coaching and skill development of the team members.

    Interviewing skills for building robust team.

    Excellent presentation skills.


    Distributor Management

    Managing the distribution channels of assigned area.

    Responsible for monitoring and controlling the inventory levels at C&F (regional depots), and/or super stockiest.

    Liaise with the institutional stockists/liaison agents and hospital stores & purchase personnel to strengthen the availability and usage of our products in the institutional segment.
